This flexible and affordable program offers loans up to $50,000 for everything from furnaces to siding and kitchen remodels to windows. Homeowners can hire a contractor or do the work themselves, and longer repayment term options mean lower monthly payments. More information about Fix Up is available at www.mnhousing.gov/fixup.

The Minnesota Housing Top Producing Lender Program awards outstanding Fix Up lenders annually at three levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Lenders meeting the threshold for each level based on regional production are recognized as top producers, and demonstrate a deep understanding of Minnesota Housing’s Fix Up Loan Program.

“The Fix Up Loan Program is a critical resource to preserve homes around the state. Our partnership with local lenders provides opportunities for families to improve their houses and help their communities thrive,” said Minnesota Housing Commissioner Jennifer Leimaile Ho.
